Buyers can claim their refunds within 30 days from the last day of online sale. Such request is subject to GSTEI’s Refund Policy.
Should buyers encounter technical issues when choosing an item, chosen “Favorite” items will be prioritized by online system. Buyers without chosen “Favorite” items will be randomly awarded a winning item by Online System. Should the buyer be awarded an item that was not their first choice, complaints will not be entertained and cancellations will not be allowed.
